This course imparts the basic theoretical knowledge and techniques of freediving, deepens and extends the basic knowledge and skills from the Basic course or builds on previous knowledge acquired in other ways.

You must be able to swim appropriately and be in good health.During the course we will train the following disciplines: On the 1st day the static and dynamic apnea and on the 2nd day some free dives with a constant amount of lead from the boat. Another topic is security & rescue and how to prevent fainting.
